Social media influencer Vishal Pandey was evicted from the show during the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss OTT season 3 along with Shivani Kumari. The highlight of his stay in the house was the slapping incident between him and Armaan Malik, which had left the netizens, celebrities, and Pandey’s family feeling angered. It had all happened during a previous Weekend Ka Vaar episode where Payal Malik, who was evicted from the house at the time, had alleged that he had ‘ill intentions’ towards Kritika Malik.

Angered at Vishal comments about finding Kritika beautiful and how lucky Armaan is for having two wives, the YouTuber slapped the influencer. This entire incident left Pandey feeling traumatised. In a recent interview with The Indian Express, post his eviction, Vishal opened up about his ‘Bhagyashali Bhaiyya’ comment. Recalling the incident, he revealed how that period was extremely heavy for him. From being bashed the entire day to it ending with Armaan slapping him, it took a toll on him. Despite it all, the name-calling hadn’t stopped. Quoted by the Hindustan Times, he added, “I was zoned out for 3-4 days. Mentally I was just not there in the game. I just kept thinking what people would be saying about my character outside, what would my parents think. Payal Malik had twisted the words. I didn’t remember what I said. There was a point I wondered if I was wrong. It was all very traumatising.” ALSO READ: WHAT! He added that one can call ‘Bhagyashali Bhaiyya’ to anyone. Vishal even clarified his point of view in front of Sana Makbul. He said, “I looked at Kritika to check if she was gone. I never checked her out. I do feel Armaan is very lucky to have not one but two such caring wives. People were not understanding that they were character assassinating me. It has damaged my image a lot. I still don’t get why Armaan was not pulled up for this. Even Chandrika’s involvement in that matter was unnecessary.”

According to Payal, in a recent interview, Armaan was earlier married to Suchitra. They had tied the knot when they were kids. Seven days after his divorce, she married the YouTuber in 2011 and soon welcomed their son Chirayu Malik. Having been together for eight years, Armaan married Kritika, Payal’s best friend, in 2018. While Kritika recently welcomed her and Armaan’s first kid, Zaid, Payal welcomed their twins Ayan and Tuba shortly after.
